2 Injured In Falmouth Crash After Striking Utility Pole
The crash caused a power outage in the Woods Hole Road area.
FALMOUTH, MA — Two people were injured when their van crashed into a utility pole on Woods Hole Road in Falmouth, fire officials said.
Around 4 p.m., Thursday, emergency officials were called to the 200th block of the street and found two people inside the van. Both were taken to Falmouth Hospital. Fire officials said the injuries were not life-threatening.
The crash caused a power outage in the area.

Police temporarily closed the road, and southbound traffic was detoured down Ransom Road to Sippewissett Road. Northbound traffic was detoured down Oyster Pond Road at the traffic lights to Surf Drive.
