The Town Meeting approval this past spring of subsidy money to continue fiscal support of a failed municipal project has many residents questioning the wisdom of the local legislative decision. Should Falmouth be in the business of operating a public utility function which has proven not to be their expertise, role or their responsibility? To potentially acquire a state sponsored “bail-out” package for the purpose of continuing a mistaken project is considered by many... to be spending good money a-top a *modified provenly bad idea.
