Economic terrorism: Falmouth’s Wind Energy Project

The Town Meeting approval this past spring of subsidy money to continue fiscal support of a failed municipal project has many residents questioning the wisdom of the local legislative decision.  Should Falmouth be in the business of operating a public utility function which has proven not to be their expertise, role or their responsibility? To potentially acquire a state sponsored “bail-out” package for the purpose of continuing a mistaken project is considered by many...  to be spending good money a-top a *modified provenly bad idea.

*had the original community scaled turbine, intended to meet only waste water plant electricity needs, been instituted ... Falmouth would likely be much better off
