Monica Bleiler will teach children how they can produce a variety of art all from the bounty of Mother Nature’s creations. Objects collected from the woods and beaches will be used to develop a village at the Art Center for all those small creatures that live below the trees and nap under leaves. Join us this summer and build houses and furnishings for fairies, gnomes, or elves all from natural objects. In addition to installing a village at the Art Center, students will create their own “dish garden” to take home. Other activities using natural items may include making fairy wands, walking sticks, wind chimes, names plates, stone sculptures, and collages.
