Art journaling is a creative way to express one’s self utilizing mixed media materials such as writing, sketching, stamping, etc. During the workshop participants will learn about art journaling and create their own unique art journals. Kim is a holistic counselor with graduate studies in expressive arts therapy, a clinical hypnotherapist and a reiki master. She gets tremendous satisfaction from working with people and seeing their enjoyment as they find their inner selves. The workshop is FREE, thanks to generous support from the Trustees of the Falmouth Public Library.
