Highfield Hall will offer a class on Artisan Bread Baking: Beyond the Basicswith Gail Blakely on Monday, June 20th, from 1 to 3pm. This session is geared for those who have taken Ms. Blakely's previous class Bread Baking 101. She will lead you through any bread baking problems you may be encountering, different flavors to use in breads and creative ways to use leftover bread.
