Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! How long have we been waiting for this? The Falmouth Senior Center will be hosting Tuccelli Confections of Marshfield who will be presenting a class on making chocolates.
They will show you how to work with Belgian chocolate, making three dippers and three toppers and will include such goodies as chocolate-covered grahams, oreos and pretzels, and there will be infusions available for your chocolate like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, etc.
