Estate Basics with Attorney Patricia Mello

On Monday, April 30, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.  Atty. Patricia Mello will give an interactive presentation that will discuss the importance of estate planning, with an emphasis on asset preservation and disability planning documents such as Durable Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy versus when a guardianship may be the chosen alternative to such disability planning documents.
