Highfield Hall is offering Farm to Table: Cooking the Fall Harvest: Winter Squashes with chef Gail Blakely on Thursday, September 15th, from 10:30am to 12:30pm.  Ms. Blakely will show how to to make the best use of your garden's harvest and cook up some delicious squash dishes!
