The oyster growers of the very local Falmouth Shellfish Cooperative will present an illustrated talk and tasting  at the Woods Hole Historical Museum on Saturday, August 25 from 4 PM-6PM. The event will start with a power point presentation by Matt Weeks and others highlighting the methods of their aquaculture projects along the shores of Falmouth. Representatives of all shores will be there to talk and provide samples of their oysters in the second part of the program. Wines and beer will be paired with the oysters for the attendees’ pleasure.
