John Wesley United Methodist Church is holding its annual Spaghetti Supper on Road Race weekend, Saturday, August 13 from 5 to 7 pm. Runners, visitors and hungry residents are welcome. Suggested donation is $7.00 per person to benefit the church’s new Overnight of Hospitality ministry for Cape Cod homeless.
A worship service with blessing of the runners in the church sanctuary will be held from 4 to 5 pm prior to the Spaghetti Supper. All are welcome. The church is located at the corner of Gifford Street and Jones Road.
On Sunday morning, August 14, parking is available at the church. The church building facilities will be open to runners. Water bottles and snacks will be available at the church as well at a table on Main St. in front of our historic cemetery. We look forward to meeting you.
