Join yoga teacher Carmina Mock for Sunday afternoon classes that willbenefit two worthy local organizations that provide much-needed foodand shelter to Cape Codders. On Sunday, December 11, proceedswill go to the Housing Assistance Corporation of Cape Cod (HAC). OnSunday, December 18, proceeds to go to the Falmouth Service Center.
Both classes will be held from 2:00 – 3:15 P.M. at the Falmouth JewishCongregation’s Social Hall. The suggested minimum donation is $10 per class. Payment can be made in cash or by check payable to the recipientorganization of the day. You may attend one or both sessions.
These classes will offer a gentle and restorative experience of yoga for both novice and experienced yoga students. Carmina Mock, a Falmouth-based yoga teacher, has been teaching for over 25 years and has trained with Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor. If you have never done yoga and are curious, this is an excellent opportunity to take time for yourself and experience the physical and spiritual benefits of this ancient practice while supporting worthy causes.
