"The Fateful Fork" Book Talk about Quality Food with Vegetarian Buffet and Pulled Pork Barbeque

The Vegetarian Buffet and Pulled Pork Barbecue with live music (5-8 p.m. $19.95) At 7 p.m. in the Education Center Author Eve Gabriel (The Fateful Fork) will explain how to easily improve the quality of the food we eat.  In 20 minutes she will explain 4 points of quality to watch for, and she'll give 5 examples of things we can do to most effectively eat well for enjoyment and health. The Buffet includes access to the farm for the talk and for picking berries and vegetables and  viewing animals. Can't make it for dinner? Get a day pass $8 to enter the farm for the Talk and plan to pick your own super fresh and nutritious blueberries, green beans and more (and pay by the pound).
