Falmouth Annual Town Election Set For May 17

FALMOUTH, MA — The annual Falmouth town election is set for May 17.

The town clerk's office said nomination papers will be made available on Feb. 22 and will be available until March 25.

March 29 is the deadline to return nomination papers. Nomination papers must be signed by at least 50 registered voters in town, and at least 10 of them must come from the candidate's precinct.

Those looking to register to vote can do so in the town clerk's office, they can complete a Mail-in Voter Registration Form, or use the Online Voter Registration System on the Secretary of State's website.

Falmouth is divided into nine precincts. Residents must vote in their own precinct.

Residents can call the town clerk to find out which precinct they live in. Residents can also find their precinct by entering their street address on the Secretary of State's website.

Massachusetts now offers early voting and mail-in voting. All early voting will take place at Falmouth Town Hall at times and dates to be determined by the town clerk's office.
