Falmouth HS Student Pleads Guilty To Assaulting Classmate

The 18-year-old pleaded guilty to attacking his classmate in the cafeteria earlier this year.

FALMOUTH, MA — A Falmouth High School student pleaded guilty to attacking his classmate in the cafeteria earlier this year. Terrell Roballo, 18, was accused of hitting another teen seven times in the head and neck, knocking him down, according to the Cape Cod Times.

The victim had a concussion and headaches for two weeks as a result of the Jan. 23 attack. Roballo was initially charged with assault and battery with serious injury, but it was reduced to simple assault and battery last week, the Times reported.

Roballo was ordered to undergo a year of counseling with a focus on anger management and perform 20 hours of community service.
