Falmouth Police Raising Money For Breast Cancer Awareness Month
The department will participate in the Pink Patch Project, donning pink Falmouth Police patches on their uniforms.

FALMOUTH, MA — October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and officers from the Falmouth Police Department will be participating in a fundraising effort to support research.
Officers in Falmouth will be wearing the official "Falmouth Police Pink Patch" during the month of October on their uniforms. The department will be one of 700 across the country participating this year.
Additionally, patches, hats and t-shirts will be for sale, benefitting breast cancer research as part of the Pink Patch Project.

According to the department, "The Pink Patch Project is an innovative public awareness campaign designed to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer and to support breast cancer research organizations in combating this devastating disease."
