We acknowledge that some nearby residents are negatively affected by noise, and we support fact-based mitigation efforts. We expect mitigation of homes (e.g. insulation, compensation, or buyout) will be faster and more cost effective than curtailing turbine output. We urge the Falmouth Board of Selectmen to support MAXIMIZING generation of clean renewable energy, and Town revenue.
