Falmouth Wind Turbine II Nuremberg Violations
Select Board: Susan Moran - Megan English Braga -Doug Jones - Samuel Patterson- Douglas Brown -Swinging The Hammer War On Fossil Fuels

Every war is fought for one reason or another. Falmouth is fighting the war on fossil fuels.
In order to install the first megawatt wind turbine in Falmouth, the Select Board and Energy Committee had to hide letters, emails, maps, memos that showed the foreign made Vestas wind turbine generates 110 decibels of chest pounding noise.
Between 2012 & 2013 Falmouth conducted the Falmouth Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process (WTOP) mediated by the Consensus Building Institute (CBI) in which Falmouth Selectman Doug Jones was the town liaison to the meetings costing $140,000.00. Jones sat through the meetings never disclosing the August 3, 2010, Vestas noise warning letter of 110 decibels.

The Town of Falmouth held a vote in 2013 to take down the wind turbines in which case the public was never told about the 110-decibel warnings. The safety and health setbacks were known by any reputable acoustic expert that a setback of 2923 feet is needed for a 110-decibel wind turbine. The town failed to file Special Permit 240-166 as it would require additional notification to the public. The town continued the gamble they could hide documents and continue to take health and property rights.
The current Select Board Members: Susan L. Moran, Chairman-- Megan English Braga, Vice Chairman--Doug Jones --Samuel H. Patterson--Douglas C. Brown continue to keep the 110-decibel documents from public view as they continue to follow a failed state agenda. They can not say they don't know they have all the documents including complaints from as many as 67 households through the Falmouth Board of Health. FYI at the end of the Second World War, they asked the people around the camps why they did nothing to stop it? They said they did not know. The next question was did you notice 6 million of your neighbors missing?

The installation of 110-decibel wind turbines denied the voluntary consent of the human subjects living around the turbines resulting in an experiment causing unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury. The town has always had the 110-decibel noise warning knowing of the real possibility that disabling injury will occur. Five Falmouth physicians wrote a letter backing the wind turbines but never themselves served as human subjects living near the turbines. The degree of risk taken in these installations balanced a monetary gain by the town and a state wind turbine political agenda vs the health and property rights of up to 200 residential homeowners. This is a classic example of Nuremberg Code Violations.
Massachusetts, in order to push the land-based commercial wind turbine agenda of a so-called war on fossil fuels, had to get the backing of the editorial department of various news organizations. During World War II the Germans had a newspaper called the Wehrmacht communiqué. The paper was produced for both domestic and foreign consumption but was actually just propaganda.
Recently a Cape Cod news organization ran a story: "Relocation of Falmouth turbine could net town $5.7M." This was a propaganda piece of Biblical proportions. The news story touted the new plan to move Falmouth Wind II a few hundred feet to sidestep the lawsuit in June of 2017 that shut down both Vestas 110 decibel wind turbines. The town had a study done using all the old data that caused up to twenty lawsuits and eight years of litigation at a cost of $14,000.00 and in the presentation on October 15, 2018, told Select Board Members the new location would only break state noise regulations by a couple of decibels?
The article left out any reference to public safety, wind turbine noise, shadow flicker causing reported symptoms such as nausea, sleep disorders, fatigue, and increased stress that they account to a low-frequency hum—a combination of audible bass sounds and inaudible vibration.
The newspaper purposely left out how much money the two town-owned wind turbines made in the last eight years minus the multitude of Boston law firms and what about the hidden documents the town is withholding from the public that's not newsworthy?
The Cape news media is a remake of the propaganda Wehrmacht communiqué.
There has never been a genocide that starts with mass killings. Former Massachusetts Democratic Senator John Kerry called Climate Change a threat as urgent as ISIS. The Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform calls that the Climate Crisis requires prioritized attention and action on the scale equivalent to a major war. The news media and politicians use dehumanizing language when making reference to people who live around wind turbines in twenty-one Massachusetts communities.
The Nuremberg principles were a set of guidelines for determining what constitutes a war crime.
The Massachusetts Democratic Party has declared an all-out real war on fossil fuels. A war that requires taking residential health and property rights in which case every turbine has a neighborhood that is collateral damage. What the state has done to twenty one communities is a war crime.
The question for Falmouth is why do Falmouth Select Board Members: Susan Moran Chairman- Megan English Braga, Vice Chairman--Doug Jones --Samuel H. Patterson--Douglas C. Brown continue to hide the Vestas noise warnings prior to construction? Because they are swinging the hammer in the war on fossil fuels ?

"The Town has previously been provided with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for the V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances."
