Falmouth Wind Turbines "Regulatory Capture" Continues
Wind turbine corruption and incompetence continue unabated on Beacon Hill. Massachusetts government is a sewer that needs to be drained.

The Falmouth wind turbine health & financial fiasco continues.
Falmouth Select Board Chair Susan Moran 30 days after the June 2017 Massachusetts Superior Court shut down of the wind turbines said: “It's time to put the matter behind us and move forward.” The board voted not to appeal the decision.
Susan Perez Executive Director of the Massachusetts Water Trust in August notified the Town of Falmouth they would get a 3 million dollar interest break on their loan/grant program established under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 because of the court order.The funds were awarded by the Clean Water Trust.

The money was initially to buy a second foreign made wind turbine despite the fact General Electric a domestic wind company refused to build a single wind turbine due to residential setbacks and ice throw. The loan/grant should never have been made. The town had a letter at that time the foreign-made turbines generate 110 decibels of chest pounding noise.
The ARRA stimulus funds were used to torture the neighbors of the wind turbines who describe the noise as torture from lack of sleep and unable to work in their yards during the day.

The Town of Falmouth through the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection using state SRF, State Revolving Funds, entered into a "Project Regulatory Agreement" power production agreement over the wind turbines causing catastrophic health problems. The MassDEP never enforced noise regulations because of regulatory capture
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center gave the Town of Falmouth 1.8 million dollars to help pay litigation fees against the tortured neighbors of the wind turbines
Susan Perez Executive Director of the Massachusetts Water Trust notified the town the Board of the Massachusetts Water Trust voted the 3 million dollar interest break.
Falmouth Town Meeting Members have been voting up to $300,000.00 for litigation fees to defend the two illegal turbines with no special permits the zoning board and courts have determined are a nuisance.
All these millions of dollars are taxpayer funds being given away for a state land-based wind turbine agenda gone horribly wrong.
The Falmouth Select Board town regulations require taking down the turbines after one year. Falmouth Wind I has not operated for over one year.
The Falmouth Select Board has taken no action to remove the wind turbines. Massachusetts taxpayers need accountability
