Falmouth's Sea Crest Beach Hotel Sold

Falmouth's historic Sea Crest Beach Hotel has been sold.

Falmouth, MA — The historic Sea Crest Beach Hotel in Falmouth has been sold.

Global hospitality company Delaware North purchased the hotel, which dates back to the 1930s when it served as an "elegant summer playhouse" for movie stars.

The hotel has 266 rooms and sits on 22 acres.

“Visiting Cape Cod is a long-standing summer tradition for so many people, so we are thrilled with the acquisition of this one-of-a-kind asset and look forward to enhancing its presence in this community in the years to come,” said Ken Leone, a Delaware North vice president, in a statement.

The sale price was $26 million, according to the Cape Cod Times.
