Games, Old-Time Music at Third Annual West Falmouth Day
West Falmouth Day will include food, music, field games, a book sale, tennis tips, free dessert and more.

West Falmouth’s third annual event will provide entertainment and activities for the community to enjoy on Sunday, Oct. 12.
Hosted by the West Falmouth Village Association, the event will be held at Swift Park and Playground, 6 Blacksmith Shop Road.
West Falmouth Day is free and will feature field games, face painting and music by the Pine Street Pickers old-time band from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The West Falmouth Library is holding a Fall Harvest of Books Sale during the time of the event.
Field games will feature a wiffle T-ball game on the baseball field from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and a fall scavenger hunt for children ages 4 to 7 from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

West Falmouth Day will offer tennis lessons to children ages 10 and older from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and tennis lessons for children ages 11 and older from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Free dessert will be provided by West Falmouth Methodist Church. Additionally, hamburgers will be sold for $2 and hot dogs for $1.
The scheduled rain date is Monday, Oct. 13.
