The Falmouth Clippers are improving as the season progresses, finding their stride with hitting and fielding. But they were no match yesterday for the well-oiled Upper Cape Regional Tech girls, who rounded the bases with ease. Falmouth worked hard to stay with the girls from Bourne, but their hitting was just too good. Falmouth was also somewhat unprepared for the base running of the Upper Cape girls, and so it was easy for them to get around. The Clippers outfield did quite well, however, taking care of everything that came their way.
