Frozen Fruit
Have an extra five minutes before heading to bed? Divvy out fruit into freezer bags– grapes, blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries– and that is it. You’d be surprised how refreshing it is to eat some ice-cold fruit on a hot summer’s day!

Crackers and Guacamole
Once you get your own recipe down, you’ll be hooked! Store-bought versions can be tasty and healthy too; however, creating your own is more fun and allows you to know exactly what goes into it. (Tips from a seasoned guacamole eater: try cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and even pineapples in your mix!) Healthy crackers can be found at the store as well. Just take a few moments to read the ingredients label.

Caprese Salad
Remember how certain fruits and veggies are better in the summer because they are in season? We’re talking about tomatoes! This snack can be ready in moments: slice a tomato (heirloom if you’re going for a mini), grab some basil and mozzarella, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and viola, snacktime!

Fruit and Nut Bites
One of the easiest and inexpensive healthy snacks to make are some homemade fruit and nut bars. You simply need three things: dried fruit, nuts, and a food processor. Mold them into bars or bites, and they are ready to go, or make a double batch and freeze for later!
