MassDEP Must Stop Horrific Wind Turbine Experiments

Falmouth Massachusetts, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Stuck In Regulatory Capture

The town of Falmouth erected two wind turbines at a cost of ten million and the health of its own citizens to save a few Polar Bears from death by ice melting or the ocean was going to wash away the homes or our boys in the Middle East or we would never see snow again or whatever excuse became politically expedient over the past ten years.

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection is the number one culprit in poorly placed wind turbines in Massachusetts make no doubt about it. If you want a wind turbine permit you'll get it. If you want to build a shed on your property you might get it if you have a lawyer.

MassDEP brokered a loan on the second Falmouth town-owned wind turbine with federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds despite noise warnings hidden from the public. The state agency had an agenda at that time of 2000 megawatts of land-based wind power by 2020.

The only thing that stopped the MassDEP from completing the land-based wind turbine agenda was lawsuits and Massachusetts citizens committing suicide from the wind turbine noise. The 2000 megawatt agenda ground to a halt at around 130 megawatts statewide.

MassDEP for years has held Dog and Pony show hearings over wind turbine noise but ultimately never takes action against the wind turbine noise as they are stuck in Regulatory Capture.

Regulatory capture is a government failure that occurs when a regulatory agency, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, created to act in the public interest, instead advances the commercial or political concerns of the wind turbine industry.

The Massachusetts courts shut down the Falmouth wind turbines in June of 2017 and twenty-one other communities have begun to take action against those poorly placed wind turbines. MassDEP failed the citizens of Massachusetts

Now the same MassDEP politicians who failed to protect the citizens of Massachusetts from land-based wind turbine noise are handing out permits like candy bars to ocean wind turbine contractors.

The director of MassDEP actually hands out awards to engineering companies for their great work engineering projects just like the land-based health fiasco.

Wind Turbine Electric Power EMF, Electromagnetic Field

The issue with the ocean wind turbines is the EMF, electromagnetic fields at a substation to be built somewhere in Falmouth with an electric route of up to 350,000 volts of electricity near residential homes.

MassDEP undoubtedly will approve any and all-electric substations and any amount of power going next or by your homes.

Yes, our very own typically protective Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection was co-opted at its highest levels by politicians with an agenda.

MassDEP allowed the wind turbine industry to take the health and property rights of twenty-one Massachusetts communities.

Falmouth needs zoning of bylaws that address the amount of EMF, electromagnetic fields in and around residential homes sooner rather than later !

The question is who will become the next victims of the wind turbines in Falmouth?
