Melvin Reine, 74, 'One of Cape's Most Infamous Criminals'
Reine, who was buried Tuesday, is called "one of Falmouth's most notorious criminals" by the Falmouth Enterprise and "one of the Cape's most infamous criminals" by the Cape Cod Times.

A convicted arsonist who was suspected, but never indicted, in four murders including that of his wife was buried in East Falmouth Tuesday, local newspapers report.
Melvin Reine, 74, had been a dementia patient in recent years, according to reports.
Reporters describe Reine as "one of the Cape's most infamous criminals" (Cape Cod Times) and "one of Falmouth's most notorious criminals" (Falmouth Enterprise).
