Missing Cape Cod Couple Found In Connecticut

FALMOUTH, MA — An elderly Falmouth couple has been found after being reported missing last week, officials said.

The Massachusetts State Police put out a call for public assistance after an 80-year-old man and his wife were reported missing after leaving their son's home in Newton. They were reportedly supposed to go pick apples in Stowe, Mass., before heading back home to Falmouth.

However, their vehicle was seen driving the next day on Route 84 in Brewster, New York, sparking concern.

The couple were found safe in Connecticut over the weekend, however.
