Need A Truck? Falmouth Accepting Bids On Ford F-150

LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Falmouth will accept sealed bids for the purchase of surplus property as follows: MES 2013 Ford F-150, VIN # 1FTX1EFXDKE06001. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Town Manager’s Office, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540 on or before 10:00am on November 18, 2022, at which time they will be opened and read.

Envelopes shall be securely sealed and marked “MES SURPLUS TRUCK SALE”. Bid information and documents may be obtained at the Harbormaster’s Office, 180 Scranton Ave, Falmouth, MA 02540 on or after October 28, 2022, or by calling 508-457-2550.

Vehicle is being sold in “AS IS” condition with no warrantees either expressed or implied of any kind. This sale is subject to MGL Chapter 30B and the established rules for award.

The surplus supplies will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the vehicle described in the invitation for bids. The awarding authority reserves the right to reject all bids and to dispose of the vehicle through a negotiated sale, provided that the negotiated sale price is higher than the highest bid received from a responsive bidder.
