Next Class Session Starts at Falmouth Art Center

Classes in a variety of painting mediums plus workshops are on the schedule for the spring session at Falmouth Art Center!

Classes are starting over the next couple of weeks and several one- and two-day workshops take place in May and June.
For beginners, classes in Drawing for Beginners with Jeanine Cappuccino and Oil Painting for Beginners with Bill Noble start next week on Monday evenings and Thursdays evenings, respectively.
Mellissa Morris teaches an introduction to color and abstract acrylic painting on Tuesday mornings and an intermediate version of the class on Tuesday afternoons, both on Zoom. She also teaches a mixed media collage art book class on Friday afternoons, also on Zoom.
Intermediate classes in Drawing take place on Monday afternoons in person with Dan
Hanagan, and on Thursday mornings on Zoom with Susan Jensen.
Intermediate painting classes include Loosen up with Intermediate Painting with
Linda Walker in person on Friday afternoons; World Art 201 with Claudia
Smith-Jacobs in person on Thursday mornings; Pastel Painting with Betsy
Payne Cook. a hybrid class, on Zoom and in person on Wednesday mornings;
Palette Knife Plus with Dan Hanagan in person on Wednesday afternoons.
Also, Bill Noble teaches a Level 2 Oil Painting class on Tuesday evenings.
Andrew Kusmin is teaching two intermediate/advanced watercolor classes on
Tuesday mornings and afternoons in person; and a watercolor class every
other week on Zoom.
Upcoming in person workshops include a newly added special workshop with John Clayton of
Provincetown on Plein Air Impressionistic Landscapes on May 13 and 14.
Also Beginner Pastel with Betsy Payne Cook on May 7; Big Brush with Joe
Gallant on May 28; Colorgraph/Monograph workshop with Alice Galick on
June 4 and 5; Zentangle workshop with Shelly McDermott on June 11
In weaving, Christine Anderson is offering a Rigid Heddle, Lace Weaves workshop on May 12.
Lisa Jo Rudy is offering two iPhone photography workshops: on June 23 and June 30.
