FALMOUTH, MA — Two companies are being investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration after workers at a Falmouth job site were injured by a falling wall earlier this month.
Now, OSHA is investigating Evolution Pro Builder Inc. and the Milton Co., with citations possible depending on the result of the investigation, according to the Cape Cod Times.
Falmouth Fire and Rescue officials responded to a work site at 513 Brick Kiln Rd. around 2:30 p.m on Feb. 2. Officials were notified that a wall had fallen on two workers, though their coworkers had removed the wall from on top of them prior to the arrival of first responders.
