Sandwich Teen Killed In Rollover Crash On Route 6
State Police said the car went off the road into the median, struck a tree and then stuck the wire guardrail and rolled over.

SANDWICH, MA — An 18-year-old Sandwich man died in a rollover crash on Route 6 Friday morning, according to Massachusetts State Police.
State Police said the single-car crash happened around 5:50 a.m., on Route 6 eastbound, near exit 59 in Sandwich. The car went off the road into the median, struck a tree and then stuck the wire guardrail and rolled over, according to State Police.
The driver was ruled dead at the scene, police said. His name was not released.

The crash forced State Police to temporarily close the left travel lanes on both the eastbound and westbound sides of the highway.
