The Town of Falmouth Select Board has since June of 2017 met in executive session to discuss the resolution of all wind turbine litigation.
On October 30, 2017, the Select Board authorized the Town Manager to execute a settlement agreement with Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC).
