Walpole Rolls Over Falmouth in Tournament Action

The Falmouth Clippers girls lacrosse team played hard yesterday in the first round of the MIAA tournament, but they just weren't up for an attack from the Walpole Rebels.

Right off the bat, Walpole scored twice, then Falmouth got going to score one back. It was clear this would be a high-scoring game. 

The Clippers passed well and got the ball to the front of the net when they could, but it just wasn't enough. Winning the ball was the name of this game, and the girls from Walpole seemed to be able to do it.

Falmouth worked hard on defense to get the ball out of their net, but they just couldn't keep it in play. Walpole seemed quite skilled in moving the ball around, which hurt the Clippers' attack. The game marked the end of the season for the Falmouth girls lacrosse team.
