Not one but two Saturday farmers' markets cater to those who can't wait for spring. runs from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Mahoney's tropical greenhouse, offering winter vegetables, grass-fed pork, lamb, and beef, homemade honey, cheese, jam, and artisan bread, plus gourmet desserts, nuts, chocolate, granola, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Highfield Hall presents the latest entry in its series, Sunday at 1 p.m. Gert Rausch, chef and owner of the Aqua Grille, will share his decades of experience in the culinary arts, and the multicultural cuisines that have shaped his unique cooking style.
