Woods Hole Science Aquarium Closed For Repairs
Visitors can still check in with Bubba the harbor seal at his outdoor enclosure, but the aquarium is closed for upcoming repairs.
WOODS HOLE, MA — The Woods Hole Science Aquarium is closed starting Monday for recommended repairs, officials announced.
Visitors can still check in with Bubba the harbor seal at his outdoor enclosure, which is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There's no reopening date as of yet for the indoor exhibits.

According to officials, the closures comes from a "recent structural assessment of the Aquarium basement noted deterioration in a section of the concrete and rebar foundation and reservoir wall, and recommended repairs."
Indoor exhibits will reopen once those mitigation measures are finished, officials said.
