
The Woods Hole Woman’s Club invites members and guests to its annual welcoming tea and open house from 3:00 to 4:30 PM on Tuesday, September 10 at The Church of the Messiah Parish and Community Center, 16 Church Street in Woods Hole. Any women interested in learning more about the group are invited to attend.
Carol Casey, board vice-president, will describe the organization and a preview of the monthly programs and activities planned to inform and entertain will be presented. A copy of the newly printed 2019-20 Directory of Members will be distributed to all members. A few WHWC 100th Anniversary book bags are still available for sale and may be purchased for $20. at the tea. Light refreshments will be served.
Since its founding in 1914, The Woods Hole Woman’s Club has worked to enhance the lives of those in Woods Hole and surrounding communities. Members raise money for college scholarships and support other community organizations through various club activities.

Most meetings are held at 11:30 AM on the second Tuesday of each month from October through April with occasional events scheduled in the evening.
