Berklee Global String Festival Concert

Join musicians from Berklee's Global String Intensive for an exciting celebration of world music, jazz, folk, and new acoustic music. Darol Anger, a legendary fiddler and jazz violinist, opens the evening with an expanded orchestral incarnation of his Republic of Strings. Renowned Arabic violinist Simon Shaheen leads a special summer edition of his near-Eastern fusion orchestra, Qantara. Current Berklee faculty, students, ensembles, and recent alumni add to the fun.
