
On May 5, Cask ‘n Flagon will bring the flavors of Mexico to Fenway in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Corporate chef Donley Liburd will dish out a quartet of south of the border favorites to pair with the day’s specialty cocktail, the Cask Margarita with El Jimador Blanco tequila, triple sec and fresh lime juice ($7.99).
To start, chef Liburd will serve Guacamole Dip with fresh avocado, scallions, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, lime juice and cilantro, served with freshly barbequed pulled pork and tortilla chips ($11.99). For entrees, there is the three types of tacos on deck: Shrimp Tacos or Fish Tacos with lightly fried shrimp or haddock, fresh avocado, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce and julienned Granny Smith apples topped with spicy chipotle cream sauce and served with seasoned rice, black beans, corn salsa and guacamole (shrimp: $16.99; fish: $14.99) and Chicken Tacos, a pair with grilled chicken, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo and spicy chipotle cream sauce served with seasoned rice, black beans and corn salsa ($7.99).
