Mardi Gras at Cask 'n Flagon

New Orleans-style treats in the heart of Fenway

Cask ‘n Flagon is bringing a taste of Bourbon Street to Fenway for Mardi Gras. On “Fat Tuesday,” Chef Donley Liburd will be whipping up a chicken jambalaya with Andouille sausage, blackened chicken, fresh corn, peppers and rice in a spicy tomato stew with fresh herbs ($13.99). To wash is down, Cask ‘n Flagon will shake up the Forbidden Fruit Martini ($10.95), named as a reminder to some to get in every last bit of indulgence before Lent starts the following day. The Forbidden Fruit Martini is made with Campari, Apple Jack and a fresh squeezed lemon and orange that is finished with a sugar rim and orange twist.
