Mike Stratoti Joins Hammond Residential South End Office
Agent will collaborate with clients from Hammond's 10 Berkeley Street ATELIER 505 location
BOSTON (November 20, 2015) – Dave Stenberg, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s South End office, recently announced that Mike Stratoti has affiliated with Hammond and will be working with the team of John Ranco and Joe DeAngelo from Hammond’s South End office location at 10 Berkeley Street, ATELIER 505.
A Massachusetts native who is working toward his Entrepreneurship degree at the University of Massachusetts, in his spare time Stratoti can be found appreciating all that Boston and the surrounding communities have to offer, in addition to cheering on his favorite sports teams and remaining active.
Having grown up in a family with ties to the real estate industry, Stratoti was exposed to the real estate business at an early age. By the age of ten, he started his own landscaping business. During this time, he learned about entrepreneurship and the importance of providing exceptional customer service. He also developed skills in project management, financing, and negotiations.

In his new role at Hammond, Stratoti will share his market knowledge and enthusiasm for real estate with his buyer and seller clients. By carefully assessing his clients’ needs and going the extra mile to provide detailed and customized service, he looks forward to helping them achieve their real estate goals.
