Professor Arrested for Child Pornography on Leave
UPDATE: Simmons College issues a statement about the New Hampshire investigating into alleged activities involving Alyssa Azotea.

A Boston college has put a professor on leave after learning about allegations that she was allegedly involved in a case involving child pornography.
Simmons College said in a statement emailed to Patch that Alyssa Azotea, a part-time faculty member from Concord, NH, had been put on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation by Concord and Hollis NH police departments after she was arrested last week on child pornography and endangerment of a child charges.
The leave is per the school’s employment policy.

According to a report, detectives in Concord discovered alleged computer interaction between Azotea and David Pelusi, after child porn was allegedly found on his cellphone by Hollis Police earlier this month.

The college confirmed that she has been working at the school since 2011 and added, ”The charges, if true, would be deeply disturbing.”
