St. Patrick's Day at Cask 'n Flagon

Fenway landmark goes green in celebration of Ireland

Cask ‘n Flagon is bringing the luck of the Irish to Fenway this St. Patrick’s Day. Beginning at 11:00am, the Cask will be streaming the NYC St. Patrick's Day Parade live on their more than 60 high-definition TVs. For those looking to do a jig, there will be jovial Irish music playing throughout the day.

For a taste of Emerald Isle, chef Donley Liburd will be dishing out a traditional Irish Boiled Dinner with corned beef and cabbage ($16.99). And because no celebration involving leprechauns is complete without some imbibing, the Cask ‘n Flagon will shake up four themed cocktails and shots in addition to pouring Harpoon Stout on draught. The Pot of Gold sees Jameson and peach schnapps topped with ginger ale and a splash of orange juice ($8.25). For a hot option, there is the Chocolate Irishmen, a coffee cocktail infused with Jameson and Godiva liqueur that is finished with whipped cream and a crème de menthe drizzle ($7.95). Those with a sweet tooth can opt for the Green Gummy Bear with Svedka Raspberry, peach schnapps and Midori with a splash of sour mix and Sprite ($8.95). Lastly, this landmark bar will bleed green with the Green Monster Shot, a potent mix of Jameson, Baileys Irish Cream and crème de menthe ($9).

Thursday, March 17, 11am. Specials available at a la carte pricing. 62 Brookline Avenue, Boston.
