Stir: Reverberations

Reverberations is an extended work that combines saxophones and visual projections. The work engages a dialog between art, sound, and music

On Thursday, April 7 at 7 p.m., the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum presents Reverberations, performed by Neil Leonard & Rudresh Mahanthappa, saxophones, with Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons. Reverberations is an extended work that combines saxophones and visual projections. The work engages a dialog between art, sound, and music by artists who have long maintained a transdisciplinary practice and was developed with the support of STIR. The event will take place in the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum’s Calderwood Hall, located at 25 Evans Way, Boston, Mass. Tickets are required, which may be purchased in advance or at the door, and include Museum admission. Admission is $15 for adults; $12 for seniors, $5 for students with valid IDs; free for children 7 to 17; youth age 7 and under are not admitted.
