2 Drunken Driving Arrests in 1 Stop, Disorderly Conduct: Foxborough Police Log

February 3
9:48 a.m. - Barry Champagne, 47, of Woonsocket, R.I, was arrested during a traffic stop on Mechanic Street and charged with driving without an inspection sticker, number plate violation, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He also had four default warrants.

10:57 p.m. - Danielle Dicenso, 31, of West Roxbury, was arrested during a traffic stop on Washington Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and speeding.
February 4

4:43 p.m. - Douglas Johnson, 54, of Mansfield, was arrested during a traffic stop at the intersection of Central and Elm Streets and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and a motor vehicle lights violation.
February 6
1:00 a.m. - Police made a traffic stop just outside the entrance of Patriot Place on Route 1. Kati Moroney, 27, of Pawtucket R.I., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation. Rosemary Terra, 32, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage.
The following people were taken into custody during the evening detail at Patriot Place:
- A 29-year-old female from Attleboro was taken into protective custody.
- Kevin Stuczynski, 23, of Chelmsford, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct,
