After Brain Hemorrhage, Friends and Family Rally to Help Foxborough Resident

A GoFundMe campaign to help a Foxborough resident at Plymouth State University has raised nearly $20,000.

Foxborough resident and Plymouth State University junior Anthony Fertitta most likely didn’t expect to end up in the hospital while celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in Boston, but after an incident left him with a brain hemorrhage and multiple surgeries, friends, family, and the community are rallying around Fertitta to help pay his for medical bills and recovery.

According to the Anthony Fertitta Medical Foundation page on GoFundMe, $18,952 has been raised as of Tuesday night, well over the goal of $10,000.
