Arrest Made in Route 1 Motel Stabbing Case

A 22-year-old woman was arrested by Quincy police on a warrant from the Foxborough Police Department.

An arrest has been made in connection with a stabbing incident earlier this week at a motel on Route 1.

Katherine Sacoco, 22, of Wrentham, was arrested early Thursday morning on a warrant obtained by the Foxborough Police Department by Quincy police in Quincy according to the Sun Chronicle.

Sacoco is scheduled to be arraigned today in Wrentham District Court and will be charged with accessory after the fact and conspiracy to violate narcotics laws.

On Sunday, Foxborough police received a report of a man who was stabbed at the Gaard Motel on Route 1. The man victim was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and checked himself out of the hospital early Monday morning.

Police believe the stabbing to be drug related.
