Police are now looking for the operator of a vehicle that caused a substantial amount of damage during a hit and run on Beach Street Monday night according to the Sun Chronicle.
According to police, the car hit a stone wall and fire hydrant before damaging two cars and disconnecting a gas line after hitting a home on Beach Street.
The owner of the vehicle could not be located at his home by police but Police Chief Ed O’Leary said the owner of the car did call police to report it was missing from Patriot Place.
