Around 1 a.m., police pulled over Maldonado because his license plate light was out. Police said Maldonado was acting strangely even before he was questioned.
"Before any action was taken, the operator stopped and jumped out of the vehicle, acting nervous and very unusual," Foxborough police said in a statement.
