
Come join us over the next four weeks, journeying through the five koshas, or layers—namely the physical, energetic, mental, wisdom, and bliss— to foster deep self-awareness and inner peace. the kosha (sheath) system is studied in Ayurvedia, the sister science to yoga, understanding the human being as a multilayered, interconnected whole.
In these classes, we’ll focus on one layer per week to explore how they shape daily life through a flow sequence accessible for all levels, new pranayama each week, ending with savasana. Come join this fun class as we explore and balance these layers in a supportive environment.
Reiki and/or aromatherapy offered during savasana.
