CBS Scene Closing For Renovations

FOXBOROUGH, MA — CBS Scene Restaurant & Bar at Patriot Place will close in February, but they'll be back and open for business again later this year.

Patriot Place announced this week that the restaurant will close Feb. 12 due to renovation work that will include guest-facing dining areas, furniture and equipment, back-of-house operations and equipment and audio/visual technologies, according to a release.

The target reopening is this summer and when they are back, it will be with a new operator. Big Night Entertainment Group has entered an operation and managing agreement with the Kraft Group and CBS.

“Big Night Entertainment Group is considered best-in-class for restaurant operations in the industry, operating more than 12 high-quality hospitality establishments in New England, including Scorpion Bar at Patriot Place,” Patriot Place General Manager Brian Earley said. “We look forward to working with Ed Kane and his talented team on this new venture.”

Big Night Entertainment Group also operates the Scorpion Bar at Patriot Place.
