Country Duo Maddie & Tae Performs at Patriot Place

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – Positive energy with a twang of country music was in the air around Patriot Place on Saturday, June 27, as Alex and Ani hosted the country music duo, Maddie & Tae, for a free performance across from Victoria’s Secret.

The duo entertained the crowd with a half-hour set, including performances of their singles, “Fly,” which they recently performed on the “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and “Girl in a Country Song,” which has earned No. 1 at Country Radio, GOLD certification and has received more than 23 million views on VEVO.

Following the performance, Maddie & Tae met with fans outside the entrance to Alex and Ani’s Patriot Place store. Later that night, the country music duo performed at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield as part of the Country 102.5 Presents Dierks Bentley Sounds of Summer Tour 2015.

Maddie & Tae are only the third female duo to peak their debut single (“Girl in a Country Song”) at No. 1 in the history of the Billboard Country Singles Chart.
