Dorchester Man Accused of Indecent Assault on Foxborough Child

A Dorchester man was arraigned Tuesday in Wrentham District Court after his alleged victim claimed they were indecently assaulted by him several years ago.

Oscar N. Malaga, 61, was charged with five counts of indecent assault and battery on a child and witness intimidation according to the Sun Chronicle.

Police Chief Ed O’Leary said the arrest was a result of an investigation that started in April. Malaga was described as a friend of the victim’s family.
